Jumbangla Desk: The High Court has directed to submit the list of all the immovable properties of S Alam Group and the company's shareholders, directors and their family members.

Justice Md. The High Court bench consisting of Kamrul Hossain Molla and Justice Kazi Zeenat Haque gave the order on Sunday (September 29).

Barrister Md. was the petitioner's lawyer in favor of the application in the court. Rukunuzzaman. Lawyer Shaheen Ahmed appeared for the ACC.

Lawyer barrister md. Rukunuzzaman said that the court has asked for the list of assets of S Alam Group and the company's shareholders, directors and their family members within four weeks. And issued a rule to return the money smuggled from abroad. Meanwhile, the ACC said that investigation is ongoing regarding the institution.

Earlier, the writ was filed by lawyer Rukunuzzaman. The writ has sought directions to file list of all immovable properties of S Alam Group and its shareholders directors and their family members. At the same time, a ban has been sought on the emigration of family members including company directors without the permission of the court. Besides, a ban on transfer or sale of these properties is sought.
