Jumbangla Desk: Miscreants brutally hacked to death a poultry feed trader in Shivpur of Narsingdi. The murder took place at the house of Morshed Fakir of Dattergaon Madhyapara village of Machimpur Union of the upazila around 1 o'clock on Sunday.

Deceased businessman Daulat Hossain Khan (52) son of deceased Samsul Islam Khan Arju of Madhyapara village. One person has been arrested in this incident.

According to police and family sources, 7/8 thieves came in the dark of night to steal the car battery of the deceased poultry feed trader Daulat Hussain Khan. On seeing the incident, Polti left the house with two employees of the farm. Daulat Hussain Khan was attacked by the miscreants coming from the east when he went to Morshed Fakir's house 100 yards away from the house.

The killers cut open the chest ribs, arms, legs and back of the deceased and amputated the penis. The killers threatened to kill the people of the neighboring houses if they tried to come forward after the screams of the deceased Daulat Hussain Khan. As a result, he died on the spot.

After receiving the news, the police recovered the body of the deceased in the morning and sent it to the Sadar Hospital morgue for post-mortem.

Afzalur Rahman, officer-in-charge of Shibpur Model Police Station said, whoever the murderer is, they will be found and brought to justice through investigation.
