Police said the man, Adnan, divorced his then wife Saleha three years ago due to a quarrel. However, he remarried last Saturday night and had his wedding ceremony on Sunday and the fire incident took place in the dark of night.

According to Geo News, the man was at his wedding ceremony when his ex-wife set fire to his house.

Law enforcement also said that the woman set fire to her ex-husband's house along with her sister and brother-in-law. They entered the house through the roof. The incident took place in Mohalla Islamabad, Model Town area of ​​Gujranwala, Punjab.

Incidentally, Adnan and Saleha got married 10 years ago. Since then they lived in a house next door to the man's (Adnan's) parents.
