Cases have been registered in different police stations of Gazipur like all over the country in these cases of injuries and deaths.

But behind those cases hundreds of innocent people are floating in the sea of cases due to the conspiracy of a cabal. Apart from this, another gang is making a big deal out of this case. A call record of one such financial transaction of the Juba Dal leader was leaked recently.
In that call record, Rubel Sarkar, a member of the convening committee of Gazipur Mahanagar Jubo Dal and joint convener of Gacha Thana Jubo Dal, says to a local Tanti League leader, 'Do you understand what it will take to cut your name? I don't want to talk so much, send 20 thousand rupees emergency to my Bikash number. The case is being entered in everyone's name right now. I say this is my younger brother, I will understand it. The police are very angry with you. Kala Shamim, Buitta Raju, Kechra Rubel are all names in the list. Later, the Tanti League leader said, I have given money to another place with another case. I am telling you by talking at home.' Later, the youth leader said, I came out only for you. If anyone is caught in this case, he will not be able to get out before three years.'
Ward No. 37 Tanti League leader Rana Mia said that he was asked for money while sitting in the police station's OC's room. If the money is not paid, they are also threatened that they will be named in the murder case. He was made accused number 28 in the case of Gacha police station that day for not paying the money. When the case was drafted, there were 145 accused. Later, when the same case was registered in the police station, the number of accused became 105 after excluding the names of 40 people.
Also, 150-200 people have been made unknown accused in this case. On September 23, the case number 18 was registered at Gacha police station by Ali Mohammad Rashed, the police station's OC. A total of 9 cases, including one murder, have been registered in that police station in connection with violence during the anti-discrimination movement. In this way, more or less cases have been filed in 13 police stations of Gazipur. Apart from Awami League leaders and activists, hundreds of people including BNP workers, students and teachers, journalists have been named in these cases.
A local youth named Arifur Rahman said, as the plaintiff, Mostakin mentioned in the case that he was shot above the knee. But he is a healthy person. There are no bullet marks on his knee. He has been used only to eat money by suing. In that case, the mobile number given by the plaintiff Mostakin was found to be non-existent after repeated calls.
Officer-in-charge of Gacha police station Ali Mohammad Rashed said that preliminary investigation is done before accepting the case. Whether the plaintiff Mostakin was shot in the knee or not I cannot say. This can be said by the investigating officer. However, no medical certificate was submitted along with the statement of claim.
When Rubel called the mobile number used by the government to inquire about the said complaint, he answered the call and handed it over to his wife without speaking.
