In the evening, snails come out in flocks. Hides during the day. During heavy rains, they climb up the walls of buildings and take shelter. Even birds do not want to eat its meat as it is very tough.

On the surface, this animal is deadly. This new species of snail has spread in different parts of the upazila. It has threatened the agricultural system of the upazila.

This snail walks at night. This is very scary. They sit in groups on house trees, house walls. Leaves and fruits of various plants are eaten and destroyed. Concerned people think that necessary measures should be taken now to eliminate this species of harmful snails.


Otherwise it will spread widely. This may threaten the agricultural system and biodiversity of the entire country. It is known that snails are natural filters. Snails act as special friends of the environment. Our native snails are beneficial and do not come up on land, they stay in water.
