District Special Judge Court Judge Ahsan Tarek gave this verdict after hearing both sides on Tuesday morning.

According to the court sources, on December 15, 2014, at 9:00 p.m., BNP Acting Chairman Tarek Rahman sat in London and called Sheikh Mujibur Rahman a rascal, murderer, friend of Pakistan and accused of trying to destroy the sovereignty of Bangladesh by denying the development of Bangladesh.

Later, the investigating officer of the case, SI Sikdar of Begumganj Model Police Station. Saiful Islam and SI Md. Jasim Uddin after the investigation on September 17, 2017 accused Tarek Rahman and submitted the charge sheet to the court.
