Israel's emergency services agency Magen David Adom MDA) said only two people were injured in the Iranian missile attack across Israel.
Ambulance services said they treated only two people in Tel Aviv with minor shrapnel injuries.
A few others suffered minor injuries due to falls and acute anxiety while running for safe shelter, the MDA also said. First aid was given to them.
Earlier, Israel said its troops had entered southern Lebanon for a 'limited' ground operation. However, Hizbollah has denied the information of Israeli forces entering the area.
Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati said Lebanon was facing one of the most dangerous phases in its history.
