Tuesday night nursing and midwifery reform council convener of the central committee. Mohammad Shariful Islam announced this.

Earlier, the nurses started a strike from 9 am to 12 noon on a one-point demand. This program is conducted in all public and private hospitals of the country. They announced strike for the next two days if the demand is not met soon.

Hospital emergency departments and critical wards like ICU and CCU were exempted from the strike. However, despite the demand to have emergency squads in all the wards, no nurse was found in some wards of Dhaka Medical College Hospital. At this time, the patients who did not get nursing services are seen expressing extreme anger.
