If you are short on time, you can opt for easy-to-make snacks. For example, you can eat chira-milk/yogurt-banana, sago, bran, oats, cornflakes, parij, bread, chapati etc. instead of chira to make breakfast very easily. Food can be prepared at night, refrigerated and eaten in the morning.
If you wake up late in the morning, go out with prepared breakfast. If you have your own vehicle, you can eat at your place of work if you are not on the way. If there is healthy food available at the workplace, you can also eat from there. Anyway, having breakfast is very important and necessary. So skipping breakfast even for one day can be unhealthy and risky
If one skips breakfast, then various problems can arise. These include acidity, flatulence, indigestion, ulcers. Attention and ability to work gradually decreases. Body weight and energy may decrease. On the contrary, after a long time, one becomes very hungry and overeats in the afternoon. It causes rapid weight gain.
Glucose decreases and the mood becomes irritable, shivering. Many other diseases can be caused by not eating in the morning. For this reason, breakfast cannot be skipped in any way to maintain good health.
