As a result, the city dwellers have suffered intolerably. Especially office goers and school goers suffer more.

According to the Met Department's 72-hour forecast on Thursday (October 3), the extension of the monsoon axis has extended across Bihar, West Bengal and central Bangladesh to Assam.
