Rajshahi Regional Director of the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (MAUSI) Professor Dr. This time there is a human chain to demand the removal of Biswajit Banerjee. After this incident, Rajshahi metropolis BNP temporarily expelled former president of Mahanagar Jubodal Abul Kalam Azad Sweet and former general secretary of Rajshahi College Chhatra Dal Torab Ali Parvez from the primary membership of BNP.
Maushi Director Prof. Dr. Nagar BNP said they expelled Biswajit Banerjee based on specific allegations of death threats and forced expulsion from office.
Later on Tuesday, Abul Kalam Azad held a press conference in Sweet and said that he had supported Biswajit Banerjee in the case of his expulsion from the office. However, he claimed that he was expelled unfairly due to internal conflict in Nagar BNP.
Followers of former Juba Dal leader Abul Kalam Azad Sweet took part in the human chain program on Wednesday. Former Juba Dal leader Abdul Quader, former Chhatra Dal leader Takabul Islam and others gave speeches in the human chain. They are the regional director of Maushi. Biswajit Banerjee demanded the removal of several other officials of his office.
The speakers said that the Awami corruptors have formed a syndicate in the education building. BNP leaders did not compromise against corruption. They warned that if the directors and officials of Maushi are not removed quickly, more stringent programs will be given in the future.
If asked, the regional director of Maushi. Biswajit Banerjee said, that day 20-25 people introduced a special group and asked me to leave my room. He started making various threats including pressuring him to resign. They brought various false and fabricated charges against me. I was forced to leave the office under their pressure. Later they locked my office. The next day the army broke the lock and opened my office.
