Jumbangla Desk : A bus-truck collision occurred on the Kalihati Link Road of Tangail on the Dhaka-Tangail highway. 4 people were killed. At least 10 people were injured in this incident.

The accident took place on Friday (October 4) around 1:00 pm on Mymensingh Link Road on Dhaka-Tangail-Yamuna Bridge road. The victims were not immediately identified.

Elenga Highway Police Station OC Mohammad Nannu Khan said that a Mymensingh-bound bus from Dhaka arrived at Mymensingh Link Road on the Dhaka-Tangail highway around 1 am. At this time, there was a head-on collision with a truck leaving from Kalihati. Four people died on the spot. 10 people were injured. The injured were rescued and admitted to Tangail General Hospital.

Meanwhile, the incident caused a traffic jam in an area of ​​about 10 kilometers from Elenga to Salla.
