Science and Technology Desk: India's Tata Motors appeared in the market with a new surprise. Recently, the company has introduced a new electric car with a powerful battery. The model of which is Tata Nexon EV. This car can travel 489 km on a full charge. Because, this car has a powerful battery of 45 kWh. The battery-powered car is being sold at Rs 14 lakh in the country's market.

Tata Nexon EV is basically a compact SUV. The car features a panoramic sunroof, vehicle-to-load and vehicle-to-vehicle charging technology. That is, electrical equipment and other vehicles can be charged from its battery.

Tata Motors claims the 45kWh version of the Nexon EV can be charged from 10-80 percent in around 40 minutes using a 60kW fast charger.

The car comes with Carbon Black exterior shade. Which sets it apart from the rest of the variants. It has a piano black dark chrome TODAY Tata logo. There is also a piano black lower grille, a special dark mascot and a charcoal roof. The car will run on piano jet black 16 inch alloy wheels.

In keeping with the black theme, red color has been given to the cabin. The dashboard has a satin midnight black finish. It is granite black in color. The instrument cluster of this car is also given a special user interface of Red #Dark Edition.
