Beef Biryani

As for the meat

Beef - 1 kg

Ginger paste- 1 tbsp

Garlic paste- 1/2 tsp

Coriander powder- 1 tsp

Cumin powder- 2 tsp

Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp

Garam masala powder- 1 tsp

Nutmeg-Jayatri powder- 1/4 tsp

Barista- 1/2 cup

Sour yogurt- 1/4 cup

Oil/Ghee- 1/2 cup

Whole Garam Masala - 4/5

Bay leaves - 2

Chilli- 10/12

Salt - to taste.

What you will need for Polava

Polao rice- 3 cups

Milk- 1 cup

Water - 5 cups

Potatoes- 4/5

Cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf - 2 each

Green chillies- 10-12

Sugar- 1 teaspoon

Salt - to taste

How to make


Mix the batter and powdered masala with little water and salt. Wash the rice and drain the water. Heat oil in a cooking pot. Then add bay leaves and whole garam masala to boil. Now mix it with masala. When the masala is ground, grind it well with the meat. Cover and cook for half an hour. No need to add separate water. Keep the stove low. Shake the lid occasionally and cover again. When the meat is cooked, cover it with beresta and kacha pepper for ten minutes. Take it down now.
