The accident took place at Goshaipara of Baharpur Union of Baliakandi Upazila on Friday (04 October) around 5 pm.

Locals said that on Friday (October 4) around 5 pm, Mizan and another person left for Baharpur market with an umbrella in heavy rain. As the road next to the railway was wet, the train moved between the tracks. He died on the spot when the Bhatiapara Express train coming from behind hit him from behind. The leg of the person who was with him was cut and injured. But they could not understand because the train did not sound the horn.


SI Abdul Karim of Rajbari GRP police station said that a person named Mizan was killed by Kalukhali-bound Bhatiapara express train as he walked along the train line in the rain . During this, one person's leg was cut and injured.
