India's foreign ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal gave this information at a press conference on Friday. He said that the conference of SCO will be held in Islamabad on October 15 and 16. Our foreign minister will lead the Indian delegation in that conference.


An Indian minister last visited Pakistan in 2015. It was the visit of the then External Affairs Minister of India, Sushma Swaraj. Then in the last 10 years, no Indian minister has visited Pakistan.

Incidentally, the SCO is the world's largest regional intergovernmental organization. Established in 2001. Apart from India-Pakistan, the membership of this organization includes Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
