Jumbangla Desk: President Md. Chief of Army Staff General Waqar-uz-Zaman met Sahabuddin. Today, Saturday (October 5) morning, he went to Bangabhaban and met him. This information was confirmed in a message sent by the President's Press Wing.

During the meeting, the Army Chief informed the President about the overall activities of the forces .

The army chief said that army units are working across the country to support the civil administration.

The President said that the army is playing a commendable role in the welfare of the people of the country and in providing security of life and property. He expressed the hope that the army will stand by the people in any need of the country and the people, including natural calamities.
