The disabled worker, who did not wish to be named, claimed that he worked in a medium-sized advertising agency. His boss had been pressuring him to do extra work for a long time. He used to compare him with other workers. However, the worker claimed that those who were compared with, were getting paid almost three times more. The worker said that recently his boss ordered him to work more hours. Ordered to work an additional 20 hours a week. But the worker sat down. He did not agree to work overtime. After that he was dismissed from the job. It is argued that the worker is not a 'fit' for the organization.
