Cardamom (Elettaria cardamom). Its other names are Cardamom, Malabar Cardamom, Ceylon Cardamom. Widely used as a spice. It is a fragrant plant. Cardamom is an aromatic spice. Cardamom is called the queen of spices. It is used to add flavor to food. Cardamom contains some medicinal properties including saturated fat, polyunsaturated fat, monounsaturated fat, which can solve many problems of the human body by consuming this small spice.
