Without delay let's see how to make this recipe today. Ingredients: Polava rice or Basmati rice 1 kg. Half a kg of medium sized prawns. 1 cup of coconut milk. Grate half a cup of grated coconut. Onion-chopped 5/6. Onion batter 2 tbsp. 1 teaspoon of ginger and garlic paste. Half a teaspoon of biryani masala. Cinnamon, cardamom and bay leaf 2 each.

5,6 green chillies. A little chili powder. Like amount of oil or ghee. Salt (as per taste). Tomato ketchup, sour yogurt, hot water as per quantity. Method: In today's video Polao is cooked with basmati rice. If you want you can cook it with sugar powder rice or other rice. Wash the rice well and keep it soaked for 1 hour and drain the water.

 


First, heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the prawns with little salt and chilli powder. In this case the prawns cannot be over fried. Then fry garam masala and onion-chips in this pan with enough oil and brown them. Remove half the fried onions and keep aside. Grind well with remaining onions, onion-bata, coconut-bata, ginger-garlic-bata, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaves, tomato ketchup, salt and chili-powder and pour the fried prawns on it.

Boil the prawns in a little water with curd, coconut milk, biryani masala and green chillies for 10 to 15 minutes. Keeping the prawns in a separate bowl, add enough hot water to fry for six to seven minutes along with the rice along with the fish broth. After a couple of boils, spread the onion-fry on top of the cooked prawns along with the polawa. Cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Then take it down and serve it with hot fried prawns and salad.
