The South China Morning Post reports that Da Bei Nong Technology Group, a Beijing-based tech company recently announced an attractive offer to encourage employees to have children.


According to the company's announcement, a bonus of 90,000 yuan (14,124 US dollars) will be given to employees working in their company when they give birth to a third child. Apart from this, it has been announced to give one year leave with salary to female workers after childbirth and 9 months leave to male workers who become fathers.
