It was Liverpool's ninth win in 10 matches under Arne Slott. Slott's side are also certain to go into the international break top of the Premier League after defeating Palace. Liverpool's sixth win in seven matches earned them 18 points. Following them are the current champions Manchester City and Arsenal.

City and Arsenal are just one point behind Liverpool after winning their respective matches. Both teams have 17 points.
Despite falling behind at home, Manchester City beat Fulham 3-2. Matteo Kovacic scored twice in the Citizens win.

The other is Jeremy Dokur. Andreas Pereira put Fulham ahead in the 26th minute as the home crowd stunned at the Etihad Stadium. The enthusiasm of the tourists fades quickly. Kovacic equalized for the Citizens after six minutes. His goal at the start of the second half gave Pep Guardiola's side the lead for the first time in the match.

Then Jeremy Doku's goal at the end of the match made it 3-1. In the 88th minute, Rodrigo Muniz raised Fulham's hopes with a goal, but the Citizens could not prevent the victory.

Arsenal also won by falling behind. The Gunners beat Southampton 3-1 at the Emirates Stadium. Cameron Archer's goal in the 55th minute led to Southampton. However, their excitement did not last long. Kai Havertz equalized for the Gunners three minutes later. Gabriel Martinelli's goal in the 68th minute made the score 2-1. At the very end of the game (88 minutes), Bukayo Sakao got his name on the score sheet, but all three points were confirmed for Arsenal.

Napoli are sure to be at the top of the Italian Serie A. The Naples club beat Como 3-1 at home. Romelu Lukaku assisted Scott McTominay to give the hosts the lead 25 seconds into the game. Como paid the goal in the first half. But the goals of Lukaku and David Nerez in the second half ensured that Napoli were on top. Antonio Conte's team is 4 points ahead of Juventus after playing one match more.
