In the CCTV video footage, the accused brought two more of his friends on a bike and kept the bike at a certain distance, beating a man who was sleeping on the side of the road.

After being beaten for 20 seconds, he went away and came back and was beaten. Then he fled from the spot on that bike.

Police analyzed the CCTV footage and arrested the man. The accused youth's name is Aryan and he works as an employee in various homes.

Last Thursday, a young man named Ramphal forbade Aryan to urinate publicly in the park. There was an argument between them.
