A case has been filed against 430 people including General Secretary and former Upazila Chairman Rezaul Karim Russell, District Awami League Organizing Secretary Akbar Ali of Gazipur.

Friday morning. Rubel Hossain filed the case as the plaintiff. In Malaya, 130 people have been named and 300 have been identified as unknown accused.

Plaintiff Rubel Hossain's house is said to be in Gaibandha district. He lives in Harinhati area of ​​Kaliakair upazila.

The plaintiff mentioned in the case that Rubel Hossain joined the movement in Safipur Bazar area of ​​Kaliakair Upazila of Gazipur during the anti-discrimination student movement. On August 5 around 3:30 pm, when hundreds of students including Rubel were taking a protest procession, members of the Ansar forces opened fire on the instructions of the local Awami League leaders and activists. At this time, he was shot in different parts of his body. He was seriously injured. Later he was treated at the hospital.

Almost two months after the incident, he filed a case at the Kaliakor police station on Friday morning. The main accused in the case is Rezaul Karim, General Secretary of Kaliakair Upazila Awami League and former Chairman of Upazila Parishad. Apart from this, the names of 130 people including District Awami League Organizing Secretary Akbar Ali, Srifaltali Union Awami League Vice President Farhad Hossain have been mentioned. Besides, 300 unidentified people have been accused.
