The case was filed at Sreepur police station last Friday. He is the son of Shahar Ali of Dhamlai village of Kauraid union of Kala Mia upazila. He was a member of Cowraid Union Volunteer League. Relatives claim that Kala Mia died of brain hemorrhage on September 25. There are 227 named accused in that case. Apart from this, 100 to 150 unidentified people have been accused. Kala Mia has been made the accused number 170 of the case.

On Sunday afternoon, when Kala Mia went to the village house, the surrounding residents gathered there. Apart from the relatives, the neighbors also expressed anger over the accused being accused of the deceased.

The plaintiff in the case is a person named Enamul Haque. He is the father of Asir Intisharul Haque (21), who was shot dead in the mass uprising. Asir's home is in Bailor village of Trishal upazila in Mymensingh. On August 5, Asir was shot dead after taking part in the uprising in Palli Vidyut Mor area of ​​Sreepur.

Notable accused in that case are former Minister of Liberation War Affairs Ministry AKM Mozammel Haque, former State Minister of Primary and Mass Education Ministry Romana Ali, former Member of Parliament of Gazipur-3 Constituency Muhammad Iqbal Hossain, former Chairman of Sripur Upazila Parishad Jamil Hasan, former President of Sripur Upazila Awami League Shamsul Alam etc.

It is said in the statement of the case, Asirak participated in the uprising of the students on August 5. When they took part in the 'Long March to Dhaka' program and reached Palli Vidyut Mor area of ​​Sreepur that day, they were shot at by the local Chhatra League, Jubo League, Muktijudda Projanma League, Krishak League, Swachhasebak League, Sramik League, Tanti League and Awami League. At one stage Asi was shot in the stomach. Injured, he fell to the ground. Then other students who were with him rescued him and took him to Bhaluka Upazila Health Complex in Mymensingh. The doctor on duty there declared him dead.

The plaintiff of the case called Enamul Haque repeatedly to inquire about this, but he did not pick up. He did not reply even after sending a small message.
