I have never seen him before. Hasibul Hasan Lablu filed a case against 115 innocent people of Faridpur district and some people of other districts. Plaintiff Hasibul Hasal Lablu has started extortion and business with my son's dead body which is very sad for me. I will not allow businesses to extort or file lawsuits against innocent people over my son's death.
It is mentioned that the Badda police station of Dhaka was attacked on August 5 during the anti-discrimination student movement. At that time, Faridpur Sadar was killed by the police. Sirajul Islam Bepari (29). A man named Hasibul Hasan Labloo of Salthar Khalishadubi village of Faridpur filed a murder case in the main metropolitan court of Dhaka on August 29 in this incident. Hasibul claimed himself as the cousin of the deceased Sirajul in the statement of the case.
The deceased Sirajul's father is Shafiqul Islam, a resident of Dangi village of Taijddin Munsi in Char Union of Faridpur Sadar's decree. In that case filed by Hasibul Hasan Lablu, 115 people were named and 300 others were accused. In that case filed at Badda police station, 59 people from Faridpur were named along with other accused.
Notable among them are Amitabh Bose, former mayor of Faridpur municipality, Siddikur Rahman, former director of Faridpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Kazi Abdus Sobahan, president of District Fishermen's League, Satyajit Mukherjee, member secretary of District Hindu Buddhist Christian Unity Parishad, Bidhan Saha, general secretary of Faridpur Puja Celebration Committee. etc.
After the complaint was filed, the plaintiff Hasibul Hasan Labloo asked the accused to contact the accused by sending a copy of the application of the case, the order of the magistrate, the basic information statement and the photos of the documents related to the case.
