The victim's father said, on Friday afternoon, Dr. I Ma General Hospital and Diagnostic Center. Took my daughter and wife to Abdus Sabur for heart treatment. At this time the doctor asked to do an ultrasonogram and an ECG. Ismail Hasan, the manager of the clinic, said various offensive things to the girl. Later says, 'You have buttons on your shirt, it won't have ultrasound, ECG. Come in soft clothes.' Later my daughter went to the bathroom to change her clothes. At that time, the manager secretly recorded video of himself on the bathroom door with his mobile phone. At one point my daughter realized and screamed and told us. Later we told the matter to the owner of the hospital, Rubel Khan. At that time, other patients around locked the lustful manager in a room.

The girl's parents complained, requesting the clinic owner to delete the video of the accused manager. However, owner Rubel Khan was oblivious and at one point helped the accused manager to escape. At this time, the surrounding people gathered in front of the clinic. The hospital owner informed his local cadre force and instead intimidated the victims and forced them to leave the hospital. The victim's family is in extreme fear.

The victim's father said, 'My daughter is studying in honors unmarried. Now if that obscene video spreads on social media, then he will have no choice but to commit suicide. I will take refuge in the law.'

According to locals, the owner of Ma General Hospital is the campaign secretary of Kashinathpur Union Awami League. The former deputy speaker and the former mayor of Bara Municipality did many illegal activities under the umbrella. Many anti-social activities take place in his hospital. Beautiful girls are blackmailed and forced into anti-social activities by photographing them while doing ECG.
