1. Have firm faith in Almighty Allah.

2. Accepting the fact that what is destined will happen inviolably.
3. The afflicted will reap the benefits of patience, there is no alternative.

4. What can I do without patience? The implication of this word is to have steadfast trust.

5. Asking yourself, 'Why would I be a willing person to destroy myself?'

6. Knowing that the moment the situation changes, the danger is gone or may go away.

If others harm you or torture you or you are oppressed or the victim of others' violence, do not grieve. Shaykhul Islam Allama Ibn Taymiyyah (R.A.) said, "A believer does not quarrel, does not take revenge, and does not look for other people's faults, i.e. does not look for other people's faults."

A wise man said, 'O time! If you have any remaining (time), with which you abuse the worthy and dignified. But you give it to me.'

That is, O time! No matter how tall you are, I have more patience than you. So you can't damage my merit and dignity.

Patience is the opposite of anxiety, patience brings peace. A person who is not willing to be patient is forced to be patient by circumstances.

Al Mutanabbi said, 'Time has thrown at me so many troubles (arrows) that my heart has been veiled from shore to shore, now when I am struck by an arrow, I live without regard to trouble; For I have not profited by being anxious.'

If someone refuses to do you a favor or if you are frowned upon or if a mean person turns you away, do not be offended. Avoid demanding anything from others. By this you may escape disgrace, but a hut or a tent is better for you than a big house and a beautiful garden.

Like acute mental illness, it will last its full duration until it ends. And he who wants to get rid of it quickly often increases it. Patience is mandatory for the afflicted. He must hope for peace. He should be steadfast in prayer, prayer and worship.
