Hilsa eggs

Ingredients:

Hilsa fish eggs - 2 cups
Potatoes - 3 (cut into half inch cubes)
Chopped onion - Half cup
Ginger paste - Half teaspoon
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder - 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder -
Half teaspoon
Cumin paste - Half tea Spoon
Coriander powder- Half teaspoon
Chilli- 3/4 or
Salt as per taste- Oil as per quantity-
2 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves- 1 tbsp.

Method: Wash the fish eggs. Peel the potatoes and cut them into half inch cubes. Heat oil and fry the chopped onions until light brown. Reduce the flame of the stove and add all the spices and water. Now beat the eggs for another 5 minutes and add enough water. Add potato slices. Cover and cook for a while. When the broth starts boiling, sprinkle chopped green chillies on top. When the makha makha is done, sprinkle with coriander leaves and serve.
