Golande of Rajbari. Sabuj Sheikh (35) has been accused of killing a young man returning from Saudi Arabia by poisoning his wife Roksana (25). He died at Dhaka Medical College Hospital around 11 pm on Tuesday.

Md Nabuochimaddin Para of Uzanchar Union of Sabuj Upazila died. Ainuddin Sheikh's son. Sabuj-Roksana has two daughters aged 10 and 3.

Sabuj's mother complained that someone named Russell had an extramarital affair with Roxana. That's why his wife killed my son by killing him with herbicide.

Accused wife Roksana Begum said that she never had any quarrel with her husband. He was taken to hospital due to diarrhea and vomiting several times. I didn't kill him. False accusations are being made against me.

According to police and local sources, Sabuj came to the country from Saudi Arabia on August 21. On the late night of September 23, while staying at his home, Green started vomiting profusely. At that time the family members took him to Golanda Upazila Health Complex. But the next day on September 24, he was transferred to Faridpur Sadar Hospital as his condition worsened. From there, he was sent to Faridpur Medical College Hospital on September 25. After four days of treatment there, he was sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital on September 29 for better treatment. He died there on Tuesday around 11 pm.

Mohammad Rakibul Islam, OC of Goaland Ghat police station said, I have received a complaint of killing by verbal poisoning. Further legal action will be taken based on the post-mortem report.
