Piyali Adhikari is the daughter of Biren Adhikari of Durbajuri village in Mulia Union of Narail Sadar.

Biren Adhikari, Piyali's father, said that like every morning, he was returning home on an easy bike after coming to Narail town, 5 km away from home.

On the way to Bashvita area, his kameez got entangled with the motor of the easy bike and got seriously injured. Later, Piyali was taken to Narail Sadar Hospital where the doctor on duty declared him brought dead.
