This Islamic thinker also believes that urgent steps need to be taken not only in solidarity with the Palestinians. According to him, 'the real responsibility rests with the Islamic rulers to provide a befitting response to Israel's atrocities against innocent Palestinians. Instead of just giving a statement of solidarity, they should actually take urgent action.'

He also said, 'Israel came to end Hamas, but now they are in a state of embarrassment in front of the world.' He also expressed optimism that the situation in Palestine will change.
