The soft white part of the bamboo cord is 3-4

Shrimp 1 cup

Chopped onion 1 cup

Half a cup of minced garlic

Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon

Chilli powder half teaspoon

Cumin powder half teaspoon

Coriander powder half teaspoon

Half a cup of onion batter

Garlic paste 1 teaspoon

Cinnamon 2

2-3 bay leaves

2-3 green chillies

Oil 3 tbsp

Salt to taste


Then the bamboo whip should be steamed a little to drain the water. Then, if there is a little bitterness, it will go away. After that, the shrimp should be smeared with a little turmeric and salt. Now fry the prawns in a pan with enough oil until they turn light red. Now in another pot, add chopped onion, chopped garlic, bay leaf and cinnamon and fry for a while and add enough onion and garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt.

Now grind it well again with shrimps and then give it with a bamboo whip. Then cover with little water. When the bamboo shoots are cooked, the water will dry up a bit and the oil will rise to the top. At this stage, green chillies and cumin powder should be added. When the broth dries up a bit and becomes smooth, serve it with hot rice.
