Entertainment desk: Bangladeshi superstar Shakib Khan has teamed up with a Bollywood actress for the first time beyond Dhallywood-Tollywood. The name of the movie is Darad. Director Ananya Mamun. Here opposite Shakib is Bollywood's Sonal Chauhan.

'Dard' received uncut clearance from the Board of Film Certification on Sunday. That is, there is no obstacle to the release of the movie. The producer authorities can release the movie anytime in the country and outside the country.

Before any movie is released i.e. after production, it has to be submitted to Censor Board (now Film Certification Board). The members in charge watched the movie there. If there is a problem in any dialogue or scene, ask them to fix it. If there is no problem, give the clearance without deduction.

Director's Association president and one of the members of the film certification board Kazi Hayat said, 'Dard' passed. The grading system has not been implemented yet as there is a new certification board from Censor. The legal advisor said, new rules should be made. A law will be enacted within six months and the film will be graded later on merit.'

Kazi Hayat also said, 'Uncut can be said until the Great System is launched. Darad is a love movie. I like it. I cannot say more from a position of responsibility.'

Khizir Hayat Khan, another member of the certification board, said, 'One or two board members had technical observations. Asked to fix. No other problem. We have given up 'Dard'. It is a commercial movie. Shakib Khan has acted very well. The director and his team made the movie with difficulty.'

The psycho-thriller style movie 'Darad' has been produced in joint production. Producer Ananya Mamun said that it will be released worldwide including Bangladesh, India as a Pan Indian movie in November or December. In his words, 'I received appreciation from the certification board. I will announce the release date this week.'
