Ukraine says it has hit an oil terminal in Russian-held Crimea. Ukraine has been targeting Russia's energy sector for the past few months. Because, they claim that Russia is raising the cost of war by selling this oil.

Ukraine's military posted on social media that it had successfully hit an oil terminal in Feodesia, occupied Crimea.

Crimea has been under Russian control since 2014. Authorities there said a fire broke out at an oil depot in a port city on the Black Sea. No casualties were reported.


The Russian Defense Ministry said that 12 Ukrainian drones were destroyed. Ukraine was attacked with a total of 21 drones.

The Feodesia terminal, claimed by the Ukrainian military, is the largest in Crimea, supplying oil and oil products to Russian forces.

The Russia-Ukraine war is in its third year. Kiev has launched attacks on various Russian installations. Ukraine has now developed long-range missiles. It aims to attack Russian oil depots and refineries and arsenals.
