Place a clean spoon under the tongue and squeeze. So that your saliva hits the spoon. Now fill that spoon in the packet. Place the packet under table lamp light or sunlight for 1 minute.

If after 1 minute there is no stain or smell on the spoon, then you will know that you are healthy from inside.

If foul smell comes out, then understand that there is liver or lung problem.
If the sweet smell comes out, you will know that you have diabetes.
And if a musty smell comes out, you will understand the kidney problem.
If light yellow and white color is seen in the spoon, it should be assumed that there is a thyroid problem.
If there are light purple spots, you will know that you have a cold or high-cholesterol problem.
