India's Ministry of External Affairs said in a statement on Friday (October 11) that New Delhi is concerned about the security of the Blue Line. Besides, the situation is being constantly monitored.


It also said that everyone should be aware of the safety lines set by the United Nations and ensure their safety.


Israel forces attacked the headquarters of the United Nations Interim Peacekeeping Mission in Nakura in Lebanon on Thursday. Soon after, India expressed concern about the safety of its soldiers through a statement.


Two members of the peacekeeping mission were injured in the attack. Later they were rescued and taken to the hospital. But they were not seriously injured.

After the killing of Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrullah, the conflict between the armed groups of Lebanon and Israel is taking a dire shape.


Meanwhile, the Israel Defense Forces said that Hezbollah was operating from the vicinity of UN Interim Peacekeeping Mission members and was in contact with UNIFIL.
