But everything will depend on the suitable environment and circumstances.
He also wrote, I want to spread the light of Quran in this land in a planned way. So I don't want to do Tafseer program in districts like before. Want to participate in some indoor programs, limiting outdoor programs. Apart from public events, I want to be involved in academic and institutional work.
