There are basically two ways to go from Char Kachpiya to Char Kukri Mukri. You can go on a trawler for 50-60 rupees per person. Local trawlers leave for Char Kukri-Mukri every day at 9 am and 12 noon.

You can leave the trawler by speed boat for 150 taka per person. If the party is heavy and if you are looking for money, you can go even lower. The rent for 3 of us was 400 taka. As you run through the mangrove forests on both sides, you will experience heavenly bliss! Although it takes more than 1 hour by trawler, this journey is only 15 minutes by speed boat.

There are two ways to go from the launch ghat to the camping site coconut garden. By motorcycle or auto. Motorcycle fare is Tk 50 per person and Auto Tk 20-25. After the end of the road, the footpath begins.

You can spend the night at Char Kukri Mukri without camping. Charfashan MP Mr. Jacob has government funded rest house. The rent of each room is 2000 taka and 5000 taka. Besides, you can spend the night in home stays at a very low price. But there is no alternative to tent camping to enjoy the beauty of nature. The security here is good enough so there is no need to worry too much about that.
