Jumbangla Desk: A case has been filed in the name of former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina under the Explosive Act and Attempted Murder in Bogra. In this, 400 people have been named unknown accused including 132 people.

Earlier, Abdul Majeed, son of Jellal Fakir of Akashtara Uttarpara village in Bogra suburb, filed the case at midnight on Friday (October 11).

Plaintiff Abdul Majid mentioned in Ezahar that during the anti-discrimination student movement, on the orders of Sheikh Hasina and Obaidul Quader, the accused attacked Kanthaltala area of the city on July 17 at noon with firearms, cocktails and petrol bombs. He was seriously injured and his eyes were injured. He was first admitted to Bogra Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital and later transferred to National Ophthalmology Hospital in Dhaka. He was delayed in filing the case due to long medical treatment.
Bogra Sadar Police Station OC SM Moinuddin said that the plaintiff's case has been recorded under Sections 143, 326, 307 and 109 of the Penal Code and the Explosives Act.
