The advisor said this while visiting the pujamandap organized by the Dhanmondi Public Puja Celebration Committee at Kalabagan ground in the capital today.

Nahid Islam said, we have tried our best to celebrate puja smoothly across the country. For this reason one day holiday has been increased and maximum security measures are being provided.


General Secretary of Dhanmondi Public Puja Udyapan Committee Biswajit Roy said, We are overwhelmed with the extension of holidays and security measures on the occasion of Puja. This kind of security system has never been done before. He thanked the interim government on behalf of the Hindus.

The adviser said, we are working on the dream of a new Bangladesh, where people of all religions and castes will move forward together shoulder to shoulder. The stability of a country depends on its religious harmony. We want to maintain religious harmony in Bangladesh. If the religious harmony of Bangladesh is not maintained, it will affect the entire South Asia. He also commented that everyone should be careful that they are trying to confuse the situation in many parts of the country.

Adviser Nahid Islam exchanged greetings with the devotees who came to the shrine after the visit.
