Bread 3 pieces

Ginger paste 1 tablespoon

Garlic paste 1 tbsp

Chili sauce 1 tbsp

Ramen sauce 1 tbsp

3-4 onions cut into rounds

2 tomatoes cut into rounds

7-8 cloves of whole garlic

2 chopped green chillies

White sesame 1 tsp

Olive oil 3 tbsp

the system
First of all, mince meat should be boiled. At this time add salt, ginger garlic paste, dry chillies, garam masala powder. When the water dries up and the meat becomes soft, beat it well in a blender or sieve.
Soak the bread in a little water and make it sticky.

Now mix well with minced onion, chopped green chillies, pepper powder, egg and little salt. A single egg binds very well. Now make kebabs in desired shape.

Now heat oil in a pan. Fry the kebabs in oil. Once the oil is hot enough, fry the kebabs upside down. Do not over fry. This will burn the kebabs. Now mix all kinds of sauce together. Fry tomatoes, onions, garlic and green chillies in a pan.

Pour in the sauce with the white sesame seeds in the hot oil. Now take the kebabs in a bowl and mix them well with the sauce mixture and fried onion, pepper, garlic and you will get delicious silky sauce mutton kebabs.
