In Nilphamari's Dimla, an allegation of gang rape of a housewife by taking her to her sister-in-law's house has been filed against 4 people including brother-in-law. After treatment at Rangpur Medical's One Stop Crisis Center, the victim himself became the plaintiff and filed a case with the police station.

Abdul Quddus, the OC (Investigation) of Kishoreganj Police Station and the investigating officer of the case, confirmed the matter and said that efforts to arrest the accused are continuing.

The accused are Suman (23), son of Masud of Dewanipara village of Panyal Pond and Rabbani (25), son of Khalil of Chapani Khaluatari village of Dimla upazila, Sumon's friend Likhan (19) and Afzal's son Majedul (20).

According to the source of the case, about a year and a half ago, the housewife got married next to Suman's house. They met at Panyal Pond Kachari market on October 6. Suman slyly takes her on a motorcycle to her sister-in-law's house in Dimla.

Sister-in-law and her two friends along with 4 people raped her in turn as the sister was not at home. The next day, he sent the woman home in a CNG-powered auto-rickshaw. Later, after receiving treatment at Rangpur Medical, the victim complained to the police station on Saturday night.
