Many have returned to the city to join the workforce. As a result, the traffic pressure has increased on the capital's roads. Heavy traffic has started on the road as before. Since morning, the pressure of vehicles has increased and the concerned are struggling to handle the traffic on the road.

From Monday morning on the ground, several roads of the capital have been explored, severe traffic jams have been created in several areas including Jatrabari Mayor Hanif Flyover, Gulistan, Zero Point, Paltan, Kakrail, Malibagh, Rampura, Banshri, Kachukshet, Gulshan. Office going people have to suffer. However, these roads of the capital were mostly empty due to the continuous holiday for the past few days. which is now full of vehicles. People traveling on these roads have to wait for a long time due to heavy traffic.
Tanveer, who works in a private company, said, I boarded the bus from Kajla around 8 am. Still haven't crossed Sayedabad. I don't know what time I can reach the office. In this way, Hanif flyover has to suffer every day.
Another person named Mahmudul Hasan said that he is really annoyed by the heavy traffic on the road. I leave an hour earlier but still can't reach office on time. I don't know how long this will last. The jam is not reducing in any way.
Meanwhile, due to blocking the road in Kachukhet area, severe traffic jam has been created there. Iftekhar Mahmood, a person traveling on this road, said that the traffic on this road has been stopped due to the blockade by the garment workers.
In addition, the garment workers also blocked Mirpur road number 14. As a result, vehicles are not able to move on this road.
Earlier, the Durga Puja holiday started from October 10. According to the official holiday calendar, the Puja holiday is on October 13, but the government also declared October 10 as a holiday by executive order. In between, 11th and 12th October Friday and Saturday were weekends. All in all, the employees enjoyed four consecutive days off.
