It is known that the highest Sylhet education board pass rate is 85.39 percent. And the lowest pass rate in Mymensingh Education Board is 63.22 percent.

Besides, the pass rate in Dhaka Education Board is 79.21 percent, the pass rate in Chittagong Education Board is 70.32 percent, the pass rate in Barisal Education Board is 81.85 percent, the pass rate in Rajshahi Education Board is 81.24 percent, the pass rate in Comilla Education Board is 71.15 percent, the pass rate is in Jessore Education Board. The rate is 64.29 percent and the pass rate in Dinajpur Education Board is 77.56 percent.

Apart from this, a total of 1 lakh 31 thousand 376 people got GPA-5 this time. 92 thousand 365 students got GPA-5 in 2023. Accordingly, this time the number of GPA-5 has increased to 53 thousand 546 people.


This time the pass rate of nine General Education Boards, Madrasas and Technical Education Boards is 77.78 percent. And HSC pass rate in nine general education boards is 75.56 percent.

Incidentally, this year's HSC or equivalent examination begins on June 30. After seven exams, the anti-discrimination student movement spread. The exam was suspended. After that it was decided to hold the exam postponed first from August 11 and then from September 11. However, the education department was forced to cancel the postponed exams when the examinees protested inside the secretariat in August.

Later, it was decided that the results of the HSC or equivalent examination will be evaluated and the results will be published. And the results of those subjects whose examination has been cancelled, will be published by subject mapping based on the results of SSC or equivalent examination.

In this process the marks obtained by a candidate in a subject in SSC, if that subject is in HSC, the entire marks obtained in SSC will be taken into consideration. And if there is a difference in SSC and HSC or equivalent examination, the result will be published considering the marks as per the rules of mapping.
