Jumbangla Desk: The government has formed a national and executive committee related to Hajj management. Recently, a notification has been issued by the cabinet department by forming these two committees.

Hajj Management National Committee with 20 members will be the chief advisor of the interim government. Muhammad Yunus. The head of the Hajj department of the Ministry of Religion will be the member secretary in this committee. The top officials of various ministries and agencies will be members of the committee.

The 26-member Hajj Management Executive Committee will be chaired by the Religious Affairs Advisor. In this committee, the member secretary will be the head of the Hajj department of the Ministry of Religion. Apart from this, the top officials of various ministries, departments and organizations will be members of this committee.

The National Committee will provide necessary guidance for proper Hajj management. The meeting of the National Committee shall be convened by the Member Secretary with the consent of the President of the Committee and shall be held as per the place, date and time fixed by the President.

The notification said that the committee can convene a meeting at any time if necessary. The President shall preside over all meetings of the Committee, but any member nominated by him may preside over the meeting if necessary.

The committee may include members as necessary. It has been informed in the notification that the Ministry of Religious Affairs will provide secretarial support to this committee.

On the other hand, the executive committee will formulate the necessary action plan for the proper management of Hajj. Besides, this committee will ensure the approval of the Hajj package and the implementation of the decision of the National Committee.

At the same time, the committee can call a meeting whenever necessary. The President shall preside over all meetings of the Committee, but any member nominated by him may preside over the meeting if necessary.

The Executive Committee may include members as necessary. The Ministry of Religious Affairs will provide secretarial support to this committee, it has been informed in the notification.
