steamed yogurt

Materials
Sourdough 2 cups

Condensed milk ½ cup

Sugar half a cup

One and a half cups of condensed milk

Pistachio nuts and saffron for garnish

the system
Take the sourdough in a strainer and drain the water. Take this drained sour cream in a container and mix it well with condensed milk, milk and sugar and pour it into an earthen pot. Fill a pot with water and put a small towel inside it and place the earthen pot on it.

Now put it in the oven on medium heat for 30 minutes and burn it. Now, with the help of a stick, check whether the curd is curdled. If it seems that it will take a little longer, then put it in the oven for another 5 to 10 minutes and take it down.

After it cools down, if you keep it in normal fridge for 3 to 4 hours, the curd will freeze very well. After that take it out of the fridge and serve steamed curd with pistachios and saffron.
