He dreams of studying and getting a government job, taking responsibility for his family including his parents. So no obstacle could stop him. The indomitable Russell Mridha got a GPA of 3.29 in the Alim exam by writing with his left foot.

He participated in the Alim exam in 2024 from Islamia Aleem Madrasa, Sindh, Sholakura.

Russell Mridha is the son of Abdur Rahim Mridha, a day laborer from Sholakura area of ​​Singra Upazila of Natore. All the family including parents, brothers are happy to hear the news of son's passing.

Russel Mridha's father Abdur Rahim Mridha said, 'My son did not stop despite being disabled. Dakhil and Alim have passed the exam. That's why all my family including me are very happy. My son's studies did not stop even in poverty. My disabled son passed Alim today with his morale and will power. The teachers have done a lot of work behind my son's success. Ever grateful to the teachers. I want him to pass his MA like this and after completing his higher education he will get a job in his capacity. Whatever I suffer for that, I will do it for my son.'

Student Russell Mridha said, 'I feel very good because I have passed the Alim exam. My father educated a disabled boy like me by working as a day laborer. I want to fulfill my parents dream. Request to the government, give a disabled person like me a government job. I want to study along with job. I want to take responsibility for my family.'

Principal of Sholakura Islamia Alim Madrasa, Maulana Motarraf Hossain said, "It is not normal that Russell Mridha does not have two hands and one leg. Tests by writing with fingers. Russell continues to study despite various difficulties. He is a child of a poor family. We have always been cooperating on behalf of the organization. He participated in the Alim exam from our institution and passed with 3.29. Passed the SSC exam in 2022. He has come this far today because of his will power.
