A few years after the accident, he became a best-selling author, Keynote speaker, and an ultra-marathon runner. The doctor came back from the dead and made mistakes like this.

How did he get to this place?? Hal says for this you have to wake up first. After coming back from coma, he developed 6 morning habits which he learned by reading the life stories of various successful people and he started doing them every morning.

Here are 6 morning habits taken from the book “The Miracle Morning” written by Hal Elrod that you can follow to be successful. Hal Eld himself was surprised by this change in him. He called these 6 morning habits SAVERS for short.

1.S means SILENCE. Here he says to meditate or pray. We wake up and engage in social media, but successful people don't. They wake up in the morning and do meditation or yoga which calms their mind and prepares them to work for the whole day.

2.A means AFFIRMATION. Talk to yourself about what you want in life. Athletes, actors or other successful people do. You can write them down on a piece of paper.

A. What do you wish for at any time in life? b. Why do you want to change these? c. What commitments can you make to get them? Write them on a piece of paper and read them every morning.

3. V stands for Visualization. Visualization is like the twin of Affirmation. You have written all your dreams in a notebook, now visualize them i.e. suppose you buy a car, now imagine you have bought it and are driving it.

4. E means Exercise. We all know how important it is to exercise but we don't do it with excuses. According to science, exercise supplies more oxygen to our brain and brain produces endorphins which fix our thinking and give us energy for the whole day. 5. R stands for Reading. Reading books is a good habit to improve your personality. So start reading books written by good successful people everyday.

Your attitude, thinking, what you have achieved, what you need to improve, what you need to learn etc. This method will help you focus on your work. To follow these routines, you first need to wake up early in the morning. All must be done one by one before 8 am.
