Jumbangla Desk: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has been accused of mega corruption in mega projects besides ordering indiscriminate killings in the anti-discrimination student movement. Foreign Adviser Touhid Hossain said that efforts are being made to bring him back to the country for trial in these incidents.

He spoke about this in a briefing organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Thursday (October 17).


He said, "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will take necessary measures to bring Sheikh Hasina back."


At that time, Tauhid Hossain said about the arrest warrants issued against Sheikh Hasina by the tribunal, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is trying to find out the whereabouts of the 40-45 people for whom arrest warrants have been issued.


He also talked about bringing back the Bangladeshis stuck in Lebanon.

 

The foreign affairs adviser said that there is a shortage of sufficient planes to return Bangladeshis from Lebanon. In this situation, the government is thinking of returning Bangladeshis by sea in addition to air.
